Earlier today, the full Senate voted 38-0 to confirm Judge Fernandez-Vina to take the Supreme Court seat that had been occupied by Justice Hoens. The Supreme Court then announced that Justice Fernandez-Vina will be sworn in in a private ceremony tomorrow morning. The Court’s press release went on to state that he is expected to participate in tomorrow’s oral arguments before the Court.
