It was announced today the Chief Justice Rabner has temporarily elevated Judges Garry S. Rothstadt and Amy O’Connor to the Appellate Division. The two judges will serve there from September 16 through November 24, 2013, with Judge Rothstadt joining Part E and Judge O’Connor taking a seat on Part F.
Judge Rothstadt, who graduated from Rutgers-Newark School of Law, currently serves in the Civil Division, Passaic County. He previously sat in the Criminal Division and the Family Part as well. Judge O’Connor comes from the Civil Division, Warren County. A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, she has also served in the Family Part.
