The Supreme Court has granted leave to appeal to review the decision of the Appellate Division in State v. Perini Corp., 425 N.J. Super. 62 (App. Div. 2012), discussed here. As phrased by the Clerk’s Office, the issue before the Court is “When does the ten-year statute of repose, N.J.S.A. 2A:14-1.1, begin to run with respect to the alleged deficient design and construction of a hot water system built as part of the multi-phased construction of a prison facility?”
